Job summary

Modine seeks a Fanmod Leadhand to oversee the afternoon Fanmod department, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time production. You will lead a production team, coach members, assign tasks, and liaise with management to meet daily targets.

The role focuses on hands‑on leadership, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement within a 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday shift. Prior leadership in manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing or production experience is required.
• Previous Leadhand or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Description

The Fanmod Leadhand is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Fanmod department during the afternoon shift. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while providing hands‑on leadership and support to team members. The Leadhand acts as a key point of contact between the production floor and management.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM - Monday - Friday
