A multi-service Indigenous Child Well-Being Agency in Sutton, ON seeks a Family Support Worker to provide essential support to children, youth, and families in care. Starting Salary Range: $55,956.29 to $64,568.95.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Family Support Worker is responsible for providing support alongside front-line staff regarding children, youth, and families in care or customary care. Family Support Workers assist with case management duties, monitor court-ordered family visits, support families involved with child wellbeing services, and undertake social service responsibilities that complement the role of the worker.
Education and Experience: Diploma in Human Services with at least one year of relevant experience or a Human Service Certificate with at least three years of experience. Experience in Child Welfare or Indigenous Child-Wellbeing is an asset.
Office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Staff may work outside these hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
