Job summary

Family First Support Service in Yorkton is seeking a Family Support - Transport and Visit Supervisor to assist children, youth, adults and families. This role includes transporting families to appointments and visits, providing in-home support, mentoring youth and adults, and supervising family visits in community spaces.

Ideal candidates will have a Grade 12, a valid driver's license, own vehicle with safe inspection, and clear background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Vehicle must have a passed safety inspection.
• Criminal record check including vulnerable sector check.
• Current driver's abstract required.
• Appropriate vehicle insurance/policy required.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and families to appointments and family visits.
• Provide home support to families.
• Offer mentorship to youth and adults.
• Supervise and facilitate family visits in communities and safe spaces.
• Help maintain meaningful family connections across Saskatchewan.
