Job summary

Bissell Centre in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Family Services Area Manager to oversee delivery of community programs, hire and train staff, and supervise operations at multiple centers. You will participate in policy development, manage budgets, and resolve conflicts while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in community services.
