Career Opportunity: Family Preservation Worker

Location: Burns Lake

Employment Type: Full-time, 35hrs/week

The Opportunity

  • Perform assessments, implement goal plans and collect data and charting on progress
  • Develop community programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives as outlined in funding contracts, community plans and individual goal plans. Provides services to clients supported by evidence, research and multidiscipline expertise on the wide range of health, social, and program specific issues related to health care services within First Nation communities and CSFS clinics.
  • Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members and physicians to facilitate an inter-professional approach to standards of practice with a focus on promoting team-based care.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $30.96 to $40.10. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
