The Opportunity- Support Indigenous community members who are at risk of becoming homeless, are homeless and experience barriers in accessing resources and services.
- Identify barriers specific to each client and assist in accessing services, referrals and resources.
- Assess potential obstacles or conflicts that may arise which prevent access to services, and provide strategies in overcoming those obstacles.
- Respond to crisis situations when appropriate, evaluating the situation and providing support.
What You Will Bring To The Role- Diploma in a social science, health science or related field.
- Two (2) years experience in community support or related role.
- A combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $28.80 to $37.30. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
