Role and Facility Information

We are Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, committed to patient-centered care. Located in East Vancouver near Nanaimo & Hastings, with proximity to Highway 1, Grouse Mountain, Cypress, and Mt. Seymour, offering year-round activities. The clinic is in a family-friendly neighborhood, 20 minutes from Downtown Vancouver, North Burnaby, and Lynn Valley, North Vancouver.

Our Sunrise location is a multidisciplinary, collegial clinic with physician-focused MOA support, offering virtual and telehealth options. The position involves providing full-scope family practice, with a small walk-in component. Flexible hours and self-managed schedules are available.

Financials include a billing split (70/30, negotiable), with access to 2 exam rooms in a 12-room clinic, shared office space, and Oscar EMR. Hours are flexible, with no strict policies around time off. The clinic does not include hospital or ER shifts.

Additional services include general health, minor ambulatory procedures, sleep disorders, and Woodland Physio. On-call arrangements are to be discussed. The team comprises 6 physicians, an office manager, and MOAs to assist with transition. EMR is Oscar; no paper charts are used.
