Job summary

Health Match BC invites physicians to join Shoreline Medical-Brentwood Bay, a non-profit primary care network. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, offering a fee-for-service model with overhead split and potential signing bonus. Open to IMG physicians, the team includes 11 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, using MedAccess EMR.

Start date May/June 2026. This role is part-time/permanent, in a group practice setting dedicated to comprehensive primary care and collaborative care

Qualifications

• Licensure with the College is required.
• No minimum years of experience; IMG considered.
• Group practice with inter-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care within a 11-physician and 2-NP team.
• Manage a patient panel of 20–25 visits per day.
• Coordinate with MOAs and ensure efficient clinic operations.

Shoreline is a unique non profit charitable Society operating 2 primary care clinics and a youth clinic. We are interdisciplinary and participate in the Primary Care Network-PCN. We also have Psychiatry, Maternity care and Pediatrics as part of our team.
