Role and Facility Information

Join our friendly primary care team and work and play in Rossland, BC, a destination for outdoor enthusiasts who love to ski, bike, hike, camp, and more.

We are looking for a permanent physician to join our team of 4 physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner. We are open to physicians looking for a part-time or full-time opportunity. New physicians can choose to bill under the Longitudinal Family Physician Payment Model.

Our clinic is located 15 minutes from the Regional Hospital in Trail, BC (KBRH), which offers specialist services and opportunities for hospital-based work for GPs. All the physicians at our clinic have mixed practices combining clinic work with work at KBRH or with other sub-specialties including Maternity Care, Palliative Care, Sexual Assault, Mental Health, Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine, and Functional Medicine.

Our small clinic is situated in downtown Rossland within walking and biking distance to everything. We have 3 exam rooms, and our administrative staff includes an office manager and 3 part-time MOAs. Our EMR is Telus CHR.

Compensation Type : Fee-for-Service

Estimated Remuneration : 3 days / week schedule grosses approx. $260,000 (MSP billings only. Does not include panel payment or other bonuses)

Physician Overhead : Approx. 25% of MSP office billings (you keep 100% of panel payment).

Vacation Leave : Typical is 6 weeks / year covered without locum coverage

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including :

• Retention Flat Fee : $17,791
• Relocation Funding Available : $15,000 based on move location
• Recruitment Incentive : $15,000
