Job description

One full-time or two part-time physicians are required to take over a well-established panel of 800 patients by September 2024. There is an opportunity to expand if desired. Participation in hospital or ER work is also an option if interested. The practice offers diversification with long-term care patients, addictions medicine, palliative care, and other allied services. This practice is located in the West Coast Medical Centre, which currently has 4 full-service family physicians on site. The building also houses a pharmacy, Lifelabs, and a Walk-in Clinic. It runs on MedAccess EMR, has low overhead, and features a friendly, experienced MOA, making the transition into this practice easy!

September 2024 or after

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including :

• Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
• Relocation Costs Reimbursement : up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
• Fee Premium - 7.98%
• Annual Flat Fee - $12,366.72
• Rural CME starting at $2200 / annum in year 3 & 4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $4400 / annum after 4 years.

Compensation

Compensation Type : Fee-for-Service

• Relocation Funding Available - $15,000
• Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
