The Medical Clinic in New Westminster is seeking physicians or nurse practitioners to join a modern, patient-centered practice. The role supports both in-office and virtual care, with a collaborative team focused on longitudinal care and comprehensive sports medicine and pediatric referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic and virtual care to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and NP team to manage patient panels.
• Support longitudinal care with cross-coverage when needed.

Schedule

• In-office: Monday, Thursday, Friday
• Virtual care: Tuesday, Wednesday

Supportive Work Environment

• Dedicated clinic manager and HR director to assist with daily operations
• Collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners focused on longitudinal care and cross-covering patient panels
• We have a sports medicine specialist and full rehab team to assist with sports injury management
• We have a pediatrician on staff to assist with pediatric referrals

Competitive Compensation Structure

• Physician Split 75/25 split
• Nurse Practitioner- contract through Fraser Health
• Compensation Type Alternative Payment Arrangement
