A well-established Family Medicine clinic in Dawson Creek seeks a Family Physician to provide full-scope medical care and emergency room coverage. The position offers a competitive salary of $350,000+ with additional incentives such as a signing bonus and relocation assistance. Candidates must have a CPSBC license and CCFP certification. Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License can be Full or Provisional. Start date is negotiable.

Role and Facility Information
Estimated Yearly Remuneration : $350,000+ (Fee for Service).
REEF and MOCAP Level 1 for ER.
MSP Premium 23.10% + $35,798.40 Annual Bonus (Flat Fee).
20,000 Signing Bonus + Moving Allowance $9,000 - $15,000.
REAP and RCME funding available.
Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician with full-scope skills / experience to join a well-established Family Medicine / walk-in clinic and also provide Emergency Room coverage in Dawson Creek. The community has several clinics that work cooperatively.

Other Benefits / Incentives include REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) and Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) available. Moving allowance available : $15,000 if moving from outside of Canada; $12,000 if moving within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if moving within BC. (lump sum payment, no receipts required). Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding is subject to change without notice.
