This is a full-time/ Part time, on-site role for Family Physicians located in Ontario. In this position, physicians provide comprehensive primary care, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions across all ages. Responsibilities include offering walk-in and urgent care services for non-emergency concerns, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating preventive care such as vaccinations and health screenings. Physicians will collaborate with other healthcare team members, maintain accurate and timely medical records, and support continuity of care through follow-up visits, patient education, and appropriate referrals to specialists or community health resources.
