switch locations. We will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition to the practice. You can expect flexible hours and create your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want! We support fee-for-service, new to practice, or longitudinal family practice model. Competitive split offered.

Duties

1. Provide health care services in a competent, conscientious, and professional manner;
2. Provide comprehensive medical care, including taking patients' histories, ordering laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures;
3. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments;
4. Schedule and administer follow-up examinations;
5. Refer patients to other providers for specialized treatment;
6. Coordinate care with other medical professionals;
7. Build long-term relationships with patients;
8. Advise patients in health management and disease prevention;
9. Consult with the team as needed and attend meetings as requested.
