This is a 0.30 FTE position, offering flexibility to design your own practice.

Work Schedule & Benefits

The clinic operates on weekdays. Evening and weekend call are rotated, providing flexibility and promoting work-life balance, with ample opportunities to enjoy the all-season recreation in the Trail and Kootenay Boundary area.

Team members receive Level 1 MOCAP at $28.25/hour. Billing is done via LFP with FFS for the ward, with pooled billings divided per shift. Payment per shift ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on monthly volume. Additionally, each member receives $2,100 quarterly for the FPSC maternity bonus.

Requirements & Conditions

All medical staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as per the Provincial Health Officer’s order effective October 26, 2021. Offers are conditional upon proof of vaccination and compliance with PHO Orders.
