Job summary

Klinic Community Health in Winnipeg is seeking a physician to provide direct primary care at our family practice clinic and in other community settings. You will diagnose and treat diseases, manage patient health, and collaborate with a care team, respecting social determinants of health in patient care.

Applicants must be eligible for CPSM registration, hold an MD, and English fluency is required; family practice experience is preferred. Open until filled.

Qualifications

• Must have professional fluency in English.
• Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).
• Three years of family practice experience preferred.

Klinic community health physicians provide direct care to clients in Winnipeg, being seen for primary care, or to clients of our more specialized clinics, e.g. Gender Aff? They may work with people of all ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. Duties include diagnosing and treating diseases, physiological disorders and inures of patients. You will act as the primary care provider and provide care toward the management of patients health. Physicians at Klinic provide care at our family practice clinic and at times in other community settings. Physicians at Klinic work independently and as part of a team, recognizing the impact of social determinants of health to the wellbeing of people and providing care within this context.

Qualifications

• Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)
• Must hold a Doctor of Medicine Degree
• Just duties must be completed in English
• Three years family practice experience preferred

Compensation

Salary: $146.84 (hourly) $305,427 (annually)

Benefits: Group Health and Dental, Life Insurance and Pension provided through Healthcare Employee Benefits (HEB) plus paid vacation and sick time
