Family Physician Recruiter | Placing Doctors into the Best Clinics Across Canada

An established Family Health Organization (FHO) in Etobicoke with 19 physicians is looking to welcome an additional Family Physician to the team.

Position Details:

• Role: Family Physician (FHO)
• Location: Etobicoke, ON
• EMR: Practice Solutions

Compensation & Terms:

• Start: Fee-for-Service at a 70–75% split (first 3–4 months)
• Transition: Long-term shift into the FHO model
• Ownership: Physicians are owners — no buy-in required
• Lease: Physicians are listed on the lease as part of the agreement
• Exit Clause: 6-month notice if leaving
