Job summary

MPA Recruitment is assisting a downtown Toronto prevention medicine clinic in recruiting a Family Physician to join their team. The clinic delivers private preventative medicine across primary care, sport medicine, dermatology, weight management and women/men's health, with opportunities to shape program development and new initiatives.

You will focus on annual health assessments, primary care management and continuity of care for a small but motivated patient load, with an option to move toward

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice with the CPSO to practice Family Medicine in Ontario, or eligible for licensure transfer from another province.
• Previous experience working in a private health model conducting annual health assessments, and preventative care.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Passionate about preventative care, and providing a relationship, partnership style of care with your patients.

• Provide continuity of care for the signature tier of patients.
• Unrushed appointment times, focusing on a relationship-based model of care with motivated patients.
• Practice in a team-based environment with other disciplines, collaborating with those to provide a holistic care experience for patients.

MPA are retained by a growing prevention medicine clinic to recruit for a Family Physician to join their team in downtown Toronto.

The clinic provides private preventative medicine in a multidisciplinary capacity which encompasses primary care, sport med, dermatology, weight management and women/men's health.

The position comes at a pivotal time and will be foundational as they grow their practice. You will have an opportunity to participate in program development, and new initiatives.

You will focus on their signature tier of clients with a day-to-day focus of annual health assessments, primary care management and ongoing continuity of care for small but motivated patients load.
