Experience You Bring & Qualifications

• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Current registration with College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
• At least one year of clinical, primary care experience

The Role: Family Physician in Calgary

Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, team-based care. Build a patient panel focused on prevention and longevity, emphasizing proactive and personalized care. Leverage technology and innovation to enhance patient care, including POCUS, mental health technologies, and genetics. Exceptional compensation with blended payment model. Experience in a collaborative, team-based primary care setting and in chronic disease management preferred.
