Job summary

101 Medical Centre is seeking a Family Physician to join a patient-centered, multidisciplinary team in North Toronto. We offer a space with an established patient base and supportive admin, enabling physicians to focus on delivering care with compassion and clinical excellence.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, work with specialists, and grow within a collaborative environment that values your time, growth, and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPSO license (or be eligible) to practice in Ontario.
• Residency in Family Medicine completed; board certification preferred (CCFP).
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered setting.
• Experience with EMR systems (OSCAR) and virtual care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a broad patient population.
• Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute issues.
• Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care and additional specialized care for women's health issues
• Conduct assessments, exams, and preventive screenings
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
