About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join an established, community-oriented pharmacy and medical clinic located in one of Edmontons most desirable southside neighbourhoods. The clinic is known for its warm, welcoming environment and commitment to patient-centered care.

You will work alongside an experienced part-time physician, a highly capable Medical Office Assistant (MOA), and an on-site pharmacy team who are invested in your success. With strong walk-in traffic, an existing patient base, and referrals from the pharmacy\'s loyal clientele, you will have every resource you need to quickly establish and grow your practice.

• Established Clinic & Strong Support: Enjoy the stability of a clinic with deep community roots and an existing patient roster with immediate panel-building support
• Panel-Building & Walk-ins: Patients will come from walk-ins, our existing roster, and our pharmacy client base, helping you achieve a full panel in less than a year
• Flexible Scheduling: Control your hours and maximize your earnings whether you prefer full days, split shifts, or weekends

Compensation & Model

• First 3 months: 90 / 10 split in your favour to support your start up period
• Ongoing: 80 / 20 split thereafter

Clinic Details

• Hours of Operation: Weekdays 9 AM – 8 PM; Weekends 10 AM – 5 PM
• Staff: Dedicated MOA and attached full-service pharmacy
• Environment: Modern, community-focused, patient-friendly setting
• Services: Combination of family practice and walk-in care

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) to practice as a Family Physician in Alberta
• Passion for community-based care and building long-term patient relationships
