Scope of work :

• Consult patients on family medicine related cases to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
• Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
• Carry out in-office procedures
• Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals
• Help patients develop total wellness habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness
• Supervise staff

Experience :

• Minimum 12 months experience (preferably within a family medicine setting)

Schedule :

• Flex schedule
• M-F
• 35 to 50 hours per week
