Qualifications

Senior Family Lawyer

  • Have a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in family law;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and high professional standards;
  • Possess proven business development skills and a portable book of business;
  • Have experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution (strong asset);
  • Be bilingual (English/French) (strong asset).

Junior Family Lawyer

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, advocacy, and client-service skills;
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
  • Have exposure to mediation or alternative dispute resolution (asset);
