What You'll Do

  1. Advocate for clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, access, support, and adoption
  2. Negotiate and draft legal documents such as separation agreements, parenting plans, and court submissions
  3. Provide clear, practical legal advice with empathy and professionalism
  4. Collaborate with legal assistants and fellow counsel on case strategy and client service
  5. Maintain detailed case files and documentation in compliance with best practices
  6. Stay current with legislative updates and case law in family law
What You Bring

  1. Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in family law with hands-on case management and courtroom exposure
  3. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
  5. A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
