What You'll Do

Advocate for clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, access, support, and adoption

Negotiate and draft legal documents such as separation agreements, parenting plans, and court submissions

Provide clear, practical legal advice with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with legal assistants and fellow counsel on case strategy and client service

Maintain detailed case files and documentation in compliance with best practices

Stay current with legislative updates and case law in family law

What You Bring

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia

Minimum 2 years' experience in family law with hands-on case management and courtroom exposure

Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset

Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first approach

A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
