Family Law Paralegal
Location: Kirkland, WA (Hybrid) – primarily remote but must be able to come into the office occasionally for trial and 3 day onboarding
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

LHH is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our client’s legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, declarations, parenting plans, and other legal documents
  • Prepare and review discovery responses and trial materials
  • Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
  • Maintain case calendars and deadlines across 35–45 matters
  • Analyze financial documents and prepare support worksheets and spreadsheets
  • Track billable hours and assist with billing documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of family law experience in a law firm setting in WA state
  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Proficient in legal software (e.g., Clio) and billing systems
  • Paralegal certification or advanced legal education
  • Familiarity with court procedures in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties
  • Must reside in Washington State and be able to commute to Kirkland office as needed
