Overview:
Our client is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable lawyers to join our team and lead our Family and/or Estate Practice Groups. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in practice with a strong background in family or estate law, demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of cases. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with empathy and professionalism. An existing client base is preferred.

What you will be doing:

  • Represent clients in family and/or estate law matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws.
  • Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsel.
  • Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process.

What you must have:

  • Proficient in legal drafting with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients’ interests.
  • Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various legal documents and correspondence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients during challenging situations.
  • A solid understanding of applicable statutes and regulations is essential for success in this role.

Salary/Rate Range: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00
We offer a fee-split arrangement or salary model with performance bonus. Compensation will be determined by the year of call and experience.
