A local tribal organization in Canada is seeking a Family/Civil Justice Worker to provide culturally responsive conflict resolution services for family or civil matters. This is a full-time position that will primarily support mediation for community and self-referrals. The role is a term position ending on March 31, 2027, with applications closing on November 7, 2025.

Job description
The Position

Under the daily supervision of the Urban Justice Manager and the general direction of the Director of Justice, the Family/Civil Justice Worker is responsible to provide community-determined conflict resolution services for civil or family-related matters. The goal of the Program is to provide culturally responsive prevention and/or intervention strategies to help strengthen individuals and family units. The position will primarily support community and self-referrals for family and civil mediation. This is a Full-time Term position ending March 31, 2027.
