Position: Family Assistant, Full Time, Live In, Live Out, Nanny

Location: Hamptons, New York, Westchester County

A family of five with homes in Bronxville, Westchester and the Hamptons, needs to hire a full-time Nanny/Family Assistant to assist in the care of their three elementary-age children and ensure the smooth running of their home. Responsibilities include: morning and afternoon/evening childcare coverage (i.e. school drop off/pick up, escorting the children to afterschool activities & appointments, overseeing homework), proactive household support.

While children are in school, this person will support the family with grocery shopping, organizing, tidying home, taking cars to be cleaned, picking up dry cleaning, and proactively identifying other support needs to keep the home running smoothly, children’s laundry, and child-related upkeep, as well as preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children. All applicants must have full-time nanny experience, a college degree, a valid driver’s license, and be able to swim. Someone who can prep a meal for the whole family 1 – 2 times a week would be a plus but is not required. This is a busy home with lots of energy, and the nanny should be able to keep up with the hustle and bustle! Family is open to live out or live in (on days when working) but does need someone flexible to stay over and travel to their secondary home for a month in the summer. Live-in accommodations are a private bed and bath. The typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Salary range: 100-110K plus benefits, including a medical stipend. Immediate start date between now and summertime.
