Job Description:

We’re looking for Planning Analyst Co-ops to support an optimal store-level product mix through analysis, maximizing profitable sales. You will identify, recommend, and execute business opportunities by analyzing sales data and monitoring strategy implementation. This role involves tracking inventory levels to meet plans, creating weekly product allocation strategies, and collaborating with sister banners and key stakeholders. What You’ll Do:

  • Support an optimal store-level product mix through analysis to maximize profitable sales.
  • Identify, recommend, and execute business opportunities by analyzing sales and monitoring strategy implementation; measure results and provide recommendations.
  • Track and interpret inventory levels to ensure they meet plans by monitoring store sales, inventory, and store visits.
  • Create weekly strategies for product allocation by leveraging business tools to analyze sales trends, inventory optimization, store volumes, and demographics.
  • Collaborate regularly with sister banners and key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a College Diploma or University degree.
  • Good business analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, building strong working relationships.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary Range: $50,955.00-$71,337.00 /year. This represents the expected hiring range and may not reflect the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
