Fall 2025: Brand Marketing Co-op (July through December)

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario.

As the Brand Marketing Co-op, your world will be all about working with the team to launch Canadian SharkNinja SKUs and create integrated marketing plans. You will gain a deep understanding of the full spectrum of marketing and communications tools a brand can use to engage and connect with customers to drive sales and brand affinity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development of brand strategies that align overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build marketing campaigns inclusive of PR, social media, paid media, retail marketing, and more.
  3. Participate in campaign briefing sessions with agencies.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign content is consistent with the brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
  5. Partner with sales and SS&A teams to ensure marketing teams are planning against accurate forecasts and timelines.
  6. Gather, analyze and share out key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, sales performance, and customer engagement.
  7. Manage library of brand assets and ensure consistent use across all channels.
  8. Manage work-back schedule and ensure cross-functional teams are hitting campaign planning milestones.
  9. May be required to participate in brand events (i.e., event set-up, handing out samples, etc.)
  10. Collaborate with Program Management, Product Development, Brand Marketing and Creative teams on the localization and translation of all marketing materials for our Canadian SKUs.
  11. Partner with SS&A teams and provide all necessary information required to kick off Canadian SKUs.
  12. Update Active Launch Tracker and provide consistent updates to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Ensure that teams are aligned on timing for new product launches, from inception to launch.

Education and Experience:

  1. Working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in: Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Project Management.
  2. Familiarity with Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe Suite.
  3. Proven understanding and experience working around marketing strategy and execution.
  4. Extremely organized and proven project management skills.
  5. Reading and writing in French would be considered an asset.
