Job Description

Step into the world of personalized luxury where you’ll lead the exclusive “hotel within a hotel” experience.

As Fairmont Gold Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of our private lounge, premium guest rooms, and bespoke service offerings. You’ll lead with heart and precision, anticipating guest needs before they arise, mentoring your team to deliver exceptional experiences, and driving performance in everything from guest satisfaction to revenue growth. In collaboration with departments across the hotel, you’ll create an atmosphere where luxury feels personal — and excellence is the everyday standard.

Job Duties Include:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our guests through attention to detail and recognition
  • Develop an engaged, enthusiastic and guest driven team through recruitment, training, personal and professional development
  • Collaborate with the guest services and concierge teams to ensure that VIPs and repeat guests receive personalized attention.
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests in a proactive manner and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all aspects of the Fairmont Gold offering (lounge, rooms, amenities) are maintained and meet the expected high standards.
  • Member of the hotel revenue management team (Yield)
  • Develop and implement strategies for revenue generation, including up-selling opportunities and package offerings. Analyze financial reports and adjust strategies to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Departmental payroll administration
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Front Office leadership within a Luxury Hotel
  • Member of Clefs d’Or an asset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, policies and procedures
  • Operational knowledge and use of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
