Structure CD inc. in Saint-Pacôme, QC, seeks a motivated Factory assembler for wood products. Positions available as Seasonal or Full-time with a day shift. LMIA approval is granted and candidates start promptly.

The role requires reading blueprints, specifications, and production drawings, plus packing shipments and inspecting finished wood items. French fluency, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 9 kg are expected.

• The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to wood products.
• The candidate must be able to read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings.
• The candidate will be responsible for packing items for shipment and distribution.
• The candidate must reinforce assembled products with doweling or other supports.
• The candidate will be responsible for inspecting wood products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• The candidate will be responsible for identifying defective parts or products that require repair.
• The candidate will be responsible for training employees.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in French language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Candidate having experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience using overhead cranes, power tools, small hand tools, pneumatic devices, and precision measuring instruments.
