Job description

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Worker could work in Commercial Plant or Foundation Plant

Additionally, it would be good if the person could drive a bobcat or be willing to be trained for that. The start time could change. Currently, it could be from am to pm, but could change to earlier hours or later hours, Monday to Friday.

Duties:

1. Empty all trash containers.
2. Collect all sorts of recycling.
3. Set up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed.
4. Clean cafeteria, lunch rooms, and conference rooms.
5. Clean outside areas of the building as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
