Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Transportation facility

Tasks:

1. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
2. Identify customers' needs
3. Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
4. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
5. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
6. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
7. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
8. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
9. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
10. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
11. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
12. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
13. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
