Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Brampton is seeking a Facility Warehouser for day-to-day warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and admin tasks. Location at 130 Van Kirk Drive, Brampton, Ontario. Full-time with standard daytime hours, wage range $20.00–$24.85 per hour.

Responsibilities include order prep, stock processing, inventory checks, and equipment operation. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
  • Load and unload products from deliveries.
  • Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Ensure that the stockroom is organized.
  • Complete diary logs into inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies; communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Location: 130 Van Kirk Drive, Brampton, Ontario L7A 1B1
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00pm
  • Compensation: $20.00 - $24.85 hourly

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch process
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.)
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
  • Have prior work experience repairing spray equipment
