Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the set-up and conversion, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of all equipment.
  • Ensure all machines and facilities operate in accordance with prescribed specifications and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical related problems encountered by machines, and update machine records.
  • Provide line sustaining support.
  • Monitor and record facilities and equipment parameters as per SOP.
  • Repair and replace worn-out and defective parts, and resolve equipment issues during production.
  • Record in the monitoring log sheet all reasons to justify any change in parameters and/or any part of the equipment.
  • Implement and execute proper housekeeping and safety measures within the maintenance bay.
  • Perform spare parts handling, inventory management, and control.
  • Inform supervisor and other support groups about equipment status, conditions, and prevailing performance.
  • Train and orient newly hired production operators on basic machine operations.
  • Support qualification and evaluations of new products, equipment, materials, and customer requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating with equipment vendors on machine support.
  • Maintain, review, and follow up on legal documents, licenses, and calibration records.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.

Working Schedule:

  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Time: 8:30am to 6:00pm
