Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) seeks a Facility Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a recreation or community facility at CF Kingston. You will supervise staff, ensure safe, customer-focused services, and support program delivery and registrations.

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a recreation, fitness, or community facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment for staff and patrons. This role provides leadership and supervision to employees, coordinates facility activities and services, oversees administrative processes, and supports the delivery of programs, events, and registrations.
The Facility Supervisor monitors facility operations, enforces safety standards and emergency procedures, addresses operational issues, and assists with budgeting, scheduling, and policy implementation. Working closely with management and other departments, the incumbent helps ensure facilities, equipment, and services are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent customer service and supporting organizational objectives.

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
This Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for NPF Category I employees at CFB Kingston.
Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (i.e. more than 10 lbs/4.5 kg but less than 50 lbs/23 kg) as required.
This position requires evening and weekend work.
As part of the selection process, the successful candidate must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check.
