The City of Mississauga is seeking a Facility Operator II to provide essential facility maintenance and customer service across various municipal sites. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including minor repairs and management of ice surfaces, while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Reporting to the Supervisor of Operations and working in collaboration with the facility team, the Facility Operator II will provide operational facility cleaning, general maintenance and repair services to facilities while providing excellent customer service.
Note: Weekend, evening rotating shift work is required. Successful candidates will need to be prepared for increased mobility, with appropriate notice, in order to fill vacancies, provide developmental opportunities for staff and be responsive to future operational needs or to support the operational structure and its requirements.
Hourly Rate/Salary:$ 60,710.00 – $ 80,950.00
