Job summary

Life Time Ajax is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service. You will maintain arena cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure presentation meets Life Time standards.

The role requires physical ability (lift 20 lbs), and daily tasks include towel handling, locker room upkeep, and responding to member inquiries about Life Time services. Benefits include RRSP, extended health, and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety daily.

• Monitor locker room consumables and cleaning products within department budget.
• Answer member questions about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.60 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
