1.3. Minimum Experience

5 years of exp in maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and systems

1.4. Salary -

Rs. 37,950 /- per month (with an annual increment of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance)

1.5. Job Description

To support the Engineering and Maintenance Wing of IIDEM by ensuring seamless, safe and efficient operation of building infrastructure, civil, electrical and other systems within the premises.

1.6. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Of The Job Include The Following:

  • Onboarding of Maintenance and Operation Agencies

Assist in onboarding of agency for civil maintenance, routine maintenance and upgradation and operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (ducting & HU), centralized AC units, lifts, substation, and all electrical installations.

(ii) Coordination and Monitoring of Agency

Assist and Coordinate with maintenance and operation agency for ensuring seamless and safe operations, evolve mechanism of measuring service levels and ensure compliance.

(iii) Periodic Inspection of Maintenance and Operations

Assist in ensuring periodic inspection of premises for maintenance and operations and take action for any defects or shortcomings.

(iv) Safety Compliance & Guidelines

Assist in development of safety guidelines for systems such as lifts, ACs, and electrical panels; ensure compliance with safety norms

  • Conduct Safety Drills

Assist in organization of periodic fire safety and electrical hazard drills for staff and on-site engineering personnel.

(vi) Documentation and Monitoring

Assist in maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, vendor performance, and inventory for engineering assets.

(iii) Skills in Measuring Service Levels and contract compliance

(iv) Skills in Risk Management, Building Management Systems

1.8. Desirable Qualities

  • Experience in maintenance and operations of large institutional set up similar to IIIDEM

(ii) Experience of managing or monitoring centralized AC and substation operations, fire safety and electrical hazard mechanisms

(iii) Experience in Monitoring Vendor Performance and Service Levels

(iv) Ability to manage minor civil works independently
