Position

Part-time Facility Maintenance / Cleaner staff at the Albert St location with availability to work 15-20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, flexible duty hours from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Some weekends may be possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness for all facility areas including office spaces, meeting rooms, stairs, and hallways.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting, disposing of garbage, maintaining washrooms, and refilling dispensers (soap, paper towel, etc.).
• Stock supplies as required.

• Criminal Record Check prior to first day of work, dated no more than 3 months before the hire date.
• Standard First Aid / CPR-C are required.

The position is physically challenging and includes the use of various chemicals, ladders, bending, standing, and lifting as regular parts of the job.
