Responsibilities :

Conduct post-construction facility assessments including building condition assessments, warranty reviews, and depreciation reports

Prepares proposals and establish project financial budgets

Attends meetings and document discussions

Performs periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items

Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)

Manages and coordinates small and large projects

Conducts business development to secure revenue-generating projects

Client management

Participates in continuing education

Performs various office related tasks

Qualifications :

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in building science consultation or equivalent knowledge of building envelope systems

Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong customer service commitment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Professional attitude

Commitment to succeed

Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plus
