National Research Council Canada (NRC) seeks a Site Operations Coordinator for the Real Property Planning and Management Branch in Boucherville. The role focuses on planning, contracting, and coordinating building services and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and performance of systems.

You will oversee third-party contractors, coordinate environmental and health requirements, and report to the Site Operations Manager.

Qualificações

• College diploma in a related technological or technical field such as architectural, electrical or mechanical.
• A combination of a trade certification with relevant experience would be considered.
• Degree equivalency for certificates issued abroad may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, contract and coordinate delivery of building services and general maintenance within the building.
• Evaluate performance of building equipment and systems; troubleshoot and propose solutions.
• Coordinate security, environmental, safety, and health requirements within buildings; support programs and operations.
• Report to Site Operations Manager; oversee services provided by third-party contractors.
• Oversee and manage on-site activities of contractors on multi-trade projects.
