Job summary

TC Energy in Canada seeks a Project Manager to lead facilities regulated programs, ensuring reliable operation and continuous improvement across pipeline assets. You will work with Canada Gas Operations, Integrated Planning, and Engineering to plan, organize and execute the program with strong technical and communication skills.

The role involves managing budgets and schedules, supervising external consultants, and aligning field resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10 years of related project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Master Plan, and MS Project.
• Ability to lead change and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage GPMC projects for process safety critical equipment.
• Oversee maintenance projects ensuring regulatory and corporate requirements are met.
• Manage time and cost, budgets and schedules, and variance reporting.
• Provide bi-weekly and monthly updates on project performance metrics.
• Direct and manage the work of external consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Identify data integrity improvements and cost savings.
• Support development of TC Energy's project management tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and efficiency improvements.
