THE OPPORTUNITY

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of a region. This includes managing up to 15 subordinates, outside vendor management, and capital projects/upgrades. The FM works closely with executive operations on budgeting and financial management. They also serve as a liaison for other departments like property, legal, accounting, and development.

What You’ll Do

1. Manage and procure external vendors to provide quality service
2. Strategize with operations leadership to remove facilities obstacles
3. Manage regional financials of maintenance and repair (M&R) and operational capital
4. Interact with local municipalities for regulatory and crisis management
5. Collaborate with other support departments to align with company vision
6. Validate facility requests through data management

What You’ll Bring To The Table

1. College or trade school education
2. 5-8 years of experience in facility, property management, or mechanical services
3. 3-5 years of supervisory experience
4. Project management certification, CRFP certification, or equivalent
5. Organized with good communication skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail; able to work autonomously and lead subordinates
6. Financial analysis skills, including reading and understanding P&L statements
7. Ability to travel up to 40% and possess a valid driver’s license

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The pay range is $96,000.00–$139,500.00, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Compensation is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
