The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of a region. This includes managing up to 15 subordinates, outside vendor management, and capital projects/upgrades. The FM works closely with executive operations on budgeting and financial management. They also serve as a liaison for other departments like property, legal, accounting, and development.
The pay range is $96,000.00–$139,500.00, depending on skill level, experience, and education. Compensation is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
