We’re looking for a hands-on, Kitchen Facilities Maintenance Technician, to support the day-to-day operations of our kitchen spaces. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring our kitchen facilities are clean, organized, and fully functional. From receiving and storing supplies to maintaining equipment and supporting the kitchen crew, you’ll help create a smooth and welcoming environment for everyone at Behaviour.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and handle the reception of all goods, packages, or products for the kitchen
• Receive, move, organize, and store products within our warehouses
• Collect used dishes from various spaces and handle dishwashing
• Ensure that utensils, equipment, cups, and glasses are properly stored in their designated areas
• Assist the kitchen team as needed
• Manage the café’s compost
• Clean the kitchen floor area

What we are looking for:

• Comfortable lifting heavy objects when needed and in good physical condition
• Autonomous and well-organized
• Able to follow hygiene and safety rules
• Communication skills in English or French

We also have a similar role described in French for our bilingual team:

• Gérer les requêtes et courriels de demande de formations individuelles des clients internes;
• Répondre aux questions des employés·es et gestionnaires liées au Learning;
• Gérer les inscriptions du programme de cours de langues;
• Organiser des sessions de formation et d’ateliers de A à Z (réserver la salle, envoyer les invitations aux participants·es et les rappels, coordonner la logistique, envoyer le formulaire d’appréciation post-formation, entrer les présences dans le LMS, etc.);
• Mettre à jour le document de suivi de dépenses quotidiennement;
• Mettre à jour le fichier de suivi et compiler les données liées à loi sur les compétences (1%) .

Nous recherchons également un·e technicien·ne à l’entretien des installations de cuisine pour soutenir nos opérations quotidiennes. Dans ce rôle, tu veilleras à ce que nos installations soient propres, bien organisées et pleinement fonctionnelles, contribuant à un environnement accueillant et efficace pour toute l’équipe chez Behaviour.
