NOW HIRING : Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor - Centennial Auto Group

LOCATION : Centennial Auto Group - Primarily PEI locations

HOURS : Full Time, permanent, 40 -45 hours per week (some flexibility required).

COMPENSATION : $52,000 - $57,000 per year, plus benefits (negotiable based on skills and experience).

Each day offers a mix of tasks, whether its overseeing building maintenance, coordinating routine repairs, or handling urgent issues. If you enjoy working independently, have a solid understanding of building trades, and take pride in keeping facilities in top condition, this role is for you. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and commitment to safety will ensure our PEI locations run smoothly. From hands-on repairs to supporting larger projects, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our facilities.

  • Basic understanding of various building trades, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

JOB TASKS :

  • Monitor and manage building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure proper functioning and address any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance schedules and manage contractors for specialized repairs beyond regular property care.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to identify potential maintenance needs or safety hazards.
  • Perform general upkeep and minor repairs at our PEI locations.
  • Assist in snow removal and salting operations.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruption.
  • Confidently and safely operate various tools and equipment, including scissor lifts, forklifts, skyjacks, tractor loaders, and snow removal / yard maintenance equipment.
  • Manage the maintenance of various pieces of equipment.
  • Provide support to the building team on various projects when time allows.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards at all times and pursue training as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested by management.
