Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate installation, maintenance, and repairs of facility machinery and equipment. This role leads maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations in line with policies and regulations.

The incumbent oversees key preventive maintenance, building upkeep, and project activities, ensuring compliant practices and effective resource use across the site.

Qualifications

• Five years in a mechanical/electrical capacity as a tradesman or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and contract administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on daily equipment and facility.
• Monitor contractor activities for projects and maintain project files.
• Update and maintain information in records systems and department databases.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets; drive department initiatives.
