Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of all facility machinery and systems. You will lead maintenance staff, schedule preventive tasks and coordinate contractor projects to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving and excellent communication to align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Ontario-based facilities and a focus on EMS compliance may apply.

Qualifications

• Five years as a mechanical/electrical tradesman; related experience.
• Strong motivation, ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Good written and oral communication; ability to organize maintenance files.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and project administration.
• Ability to interpret manuals, work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities.
• Manage contractors for projects and track progress in records systems.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets; support maintenance management.
